A 27 yr old lady, P2L2, presented to us 5 months after her second LSCS( done at a local hospital), with complaints of abdominal discomfort and pain. Her complaints started a month after her section and a USS done at that time, revealed a right ovarian cyst of 3-4 cm size.

Troublesome Scar

A 23 year old lady with an LSCS done 3 years back presented with complaints of pain and swelling of 2 years duration at the scar site. Initially the symptoms occurred at the time of her periods, but later occurred often. Her menstrual cycles were regular. On examination she had a firm nodule of size 3x4 cm at the left side of scar and another in the middle of size 3x2 cm. USS showed hypo echoic areas in anterior abdominal wall near LSCS scar of size 30x28 mm, superior and to the left of the scar, and 21x16 mm size inferior and to right. Diagnosis of scar endometriosis was made.
